This blog exists because we want to learn. Mortgage lending industry is so vast and widespread – that there is no way one would know everything. We thrive to learn more so that you can benefit from our knowledge and we can earn your trust.
We have started experimenting with some ads to try to keep this blog separate from the business. Our target is to minimize the existing conflict of interest. That is one of the reason we are not trying to approach advertisers directly (like lenders) rather using Google ads.
We try to improve every day. Canadian Mortgage Advisor has many shortcomings that we need to overcome. Our main weakness is language. As English is not our first language we often err on grammar, spelling and in many more places (We tend to put the liability on the spell checkers). There are many more.
Fortunately our weaknesses did not stop our readers stopping by and us getting help from other industry experts. Our special thanks to Rob Carrick for his recent tips to improve quality of this blog. We continue receiving advises from our friends. That is where our strength lies.
As far as SEO and other on-line marketing stuff – we asked ourselves – what were first – web sites or search engines? We shall keep paying importance on user experience and usefulness of the site.
